The Coopers Brewery Microbrewery Kit is the world's best selling beer making kit for good reason. It is designed to give you everything you need to brew 6 gallons of your own high quality, completely natural, great tasting beer every time.

Cellar Pro PET bottles hold 750ml (25 ounces) and are sold in packs of 12. They are reusable, lightweight and shatterproof. Includes package of 12 reusable caps (interchangable with Coopers PET Bottles). Note: Average Cooper's brew batch requires approximately 30 PET bottles.

Brewing Sugar

Coopers Brewing Sugar (1kg) contains sucrose and maltodextrin. The sucrose will ferment out completely. The maltodextrin is not fermentable and remains in the brew adding to the body and head retention whilst not imparting any sweetness or flavours. A simple improvement to all your brews.

Dextrose

Coopers Dextrose contains not less than 99.5% glucose which is a simple sugar that ferments out completely. Coopers Dextrose avoids the sharp cidery characters that can be produced by white sugar. A favourite with experienced brewers suitable for all beer styles.

Brew Enhancer 1

Coopers Brew Enhancer 1 (1kg) contains dextrose and maltodextrin. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. Recommended for use with your lighter style beers such as Lager, Draught and Pilsener.

Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 (1kg) contains dextrose, maltodextrin and Light Dry Malt. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. The Light Dry Malt, being 100% pale malt, will further add to the body and increase the malt character of your favourite brew. Great for use with any beer styles where a fuller, maltier flavour is preferred.

Light Dry Malt- 500gm

Coopers Light Dry Malt is produced wholly from Coopers Malt Extract. When using this product, you can be confident that you are adding 100% pale malt to your brew. Coopers Light Dry Malt will improve the body, malt character and head retention of your favourite brew. Excellent addition for all beers.

Coopers Sanitizer contains Sodium Percarbonate, an environmentally friendly cleaner/sanitizer for home beermaking equipment. As effective as chlorine bleach, without the problematic residue of bleach. Sodium Percarbonate devolves into water, oxygen and natural soda ash

Coopers PET bottles hold 740ml (25 ounces) and are sold in packs of 15. Each pack will bottle 3 gallons of beer. They are reusable, lightweight and shatterproof. Includes package of 15 caps. Please note: to bottle 1 batch of beer you need two boxes of bottles.

Carbonation Drops are a convenient, no mess, no fuss alternative to priming sugar. The dosage required is 1 drop per 345-375ml (12 oz) or 2 drops per 740-750ml bottle. Each package contains 60 drops.

This fast-attenuating yeast produces a balanced flavor profile and has strong flocculation characteristics. Under normal fermentation conditions its use will result in a clean, rounded flavor profile comparable to commercially produced beers. Coopers Ale Yeast is packaged in nitrogen-flushed, thermal resistant foil packages under a reduced oxygen environment to maintain its viability and shelf life.
